Initially I did not expected a lot to come out of this workshop for me. 

I am quite happy with my work and eventhough I would like to earn more money, I knew that was not gonna happen.

And to my big surprise: by thinking differently and believing in that, things will change for you! I had a lot of resistance and it was hard to step out of my comfortzone, but I did make steps! Without trouble. 

This workshop showed me very cleary what is necessary to do that and it showed how easy it is to do this and move on! The workshop is very positive, clear and no nonsense. Ingrid is a born educator and with her enthusiasm she lifts up everybody in a pleasant and relaxed way.

I recommend everybody to do this workshop, you can use the tools everywhere: not just in your business , but certainly also in your private life!

I have read a lot about manifestation, abundance and the law of attraction etc. and I often try to do journalling and art exercises to help me to dream big. 

However, your workshop really was the first time that I have actually dared to imagine a desired reality that has no limitations at all (its not as easy as it sounds :) ).

 I found your workshop to be very inspiring, creative and practical. I discovered a lot about myself and my 'potential barriers' and realised that it is my own fear (and partly lack of motivation) that is really holding me back. The back-to-front action plan was very useful for me and something that I intend to use consistently in the future. Thinking about the results first, is such a positive approach that by the time you get to the 'potential limitations' section, you realise that there really aren't many, if any, limitations other than fear.

I would highly recommend this workshop to others and hope to see it as a regular part of the TCDF yoga retreats.

I loved it! Your passion & excitment is palpable!  

The drawing part and working backwards had biggest impact on me personally. The receiving your ideas part was also interesting and something I'd never done before! Helped me get in touch with intuition and enthusiasm.
